Brief Introduction
MS28R Multi-directional tool setting probe, a contact type 3-dimensional tool setting probe, uses a cable to transmit electrical signals, and the measurement signals from the probe are output to the CNC in real time via the cable, together with a dedicated macro program. It is used to perform breakage detection on a wide range of tools as well as rapid measurement of tool length and diameter, automatic compensation and broken tool detection. Mainly used in various types of vertical and horizontal machining centers and various gantry machining centers.
