The Optical Tool Setter is a cable-connected measuring system for fast, precise and automatic tool length measurement on machining centers and tool breakage monitoring. Thanks to the robust mechanical design and the photoelectric triggering principle, it guarantees the highest measuring accuracy even in harsh operating environments. An alarm signal is generated when the stroke is exceeded, preventing breakage accidents. Suitable for use on machining centers and CNC controlled machines.
