The MT25Led-Plus wired probe for in-machine inspection

The MAKINOPC's MT25Led-Plus series of wired probes for CNC machine tools features LED indicators, a repeatability of up to 0.001 mm, and is oil- and water-resistant. It uses a cable connection to maintain real-time communication with the CNC machine tool. Measurement signals from the probe are transmitted in real time via the cable to the CNC system, and when used with dedicated macro programs, automatic inspection can be achieved. It is primarily suitable for in-process measurement on various CNC machine tools, waterjet cutters, milling machines, lathes, grinders, and high-gloss finishing machines. (It can also be used as a sensor.)
