Brief Introduction
MDP40-1 is a compact 3-dimensional triggering workpiece inspection probe produced by Shenzhen Makinopc Precision Control Electromechanical Co., Ltd. It adopts optical signal transmission, and is mainly used in the on-machine inspection of 2D plane and 3D surface on CNC milling machines, and in the field of batch processing of parts on lathes and beds; it is also used in the workpiece setting and inspection on small and medium-sized CNC machining centers, and it compensates for the tool loss to ensure the accuracy of parts by automatically compensating for tool loss. The accuracy of the machine can greatly reduce the scrap rate and rework rate of the parts.

This stylus is a complete replacement for the Renishaw stylus, a ceramic stem, ruby ball stylus with additional crash protection for probes as the stem breaks on impact. The stylus is suitable for most probing applications and can also be used as a crash guard in machine tool applications.
